Effect of Sodium Silicate on the Hydration of Alkali-Activated Copper-Nickel Slag Materials

چکیده

This paper studied the influence of modulus and dosage sodium silicate on hydration alkali-activated copper-nickel slag (CNS) materials. CNS was used as main raw material, ground granulated blast furnace (GBFS) powder selected mineral additive. The hardening mechanisms were discussed. experimental results showed that [SiO4]4− [AlO4]5− with a high degree polymerization in glassy phase more easily underwent depolymerization-condensation produced C-S-H gels when small high. When content 7.0% solution 1.0, 28-day compressive strength material reached 125 MPa. can be for mine filling, which has certain economic ecological benefits.
